The full time [Core] faculty reports to the Academic Chair/Associate Dean and regularly collaborates with and supervises affiliate and adjunct faculty members of the School Library Endorsement (SLE) program. The Core faculty maintains work in all four areas of faculty engagement at Antioch University (student learning, scholarship, institutional citizenship and service).

Core Faculty (&MAEd Chair) – Antioch University

The ideal candidate will be able to teach across and contribute to multiple programs, including the Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) and the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) Programs. Responsibilities include teaching graduate courses with emphasis on organizational leadership and change, as well as K-8 methods courses that focus on anti-racist and critical pedagogies.

Assistant Professor/Associate Professor – Central Washington University

Primary responsibility includes teaching mostly undergraduate courses in literacy, educational foundations, or a combination of these areas. Two of these positions will be housed in CSEL and one in EDTL. Graduate courses may be taught, as well. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, scholarly activity (peer-reviewed publications, grant writing, conference presentations, etc.), program development and assessment, and professional service.

Director of Field Services & Certification – Washington State University

This position is responsible for directing unit operations for the Office of Field Services and Certification. Develop, plan, organize and direct the placement and supervision of student teacher interns statewide and overseas. The incumbent will work collaboratively with constituents both internally and externally in the implementation of policies and procedures related to intern assessment, evaluation, and data gathering. This position will provide feedback and input on legislation and policies with statewide impact, conduct supervisor and mentor teacher training programs, plan and oversee the budget, and direct management of student teaching records.
