K-12 English Language Arts Education Adjunct Faculty for the Master in Teaching Program (Adjunct) 2024-2025 – Evergreen State College

Evergreen is hiring an English Language Arts & literacy educator to teach in our MiT program for the 2024-25 cohort. This is an interdisciplinary teacher education program where faculty collaboratively design and co-teach the curriculum. The position is primarily responsible for teaching K-5 literacy methods, MS and HS ELA methods, and other coursework such as assessment practices and classroom management. The position begins spring quarter 2024 and finishes at the end of spring 2025. Summer quarter teaching is not part of the position. FTE posted is 1.0 but willing to negotiate. Closing date is December 1, 2023.
